Computer Clinic Remote Access Assistance

The Computer Clinic can now give you assistance on YOUR DESKTOP, across the internet.   Follow these simple steps:
1.  Download "TEAM VIEWER" software at this link:  http://www.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS.exe
2.  Run the software.  You will need to make note of the Partner ID and password.  These will need to be provided to the Computer Clinic to enable the Remote Assist.
3.  Call the Computer Clinic at 679-9195 and arrange verbally for the remote assistance session.  
4.  When the two computers are connected, you can watch the Computer Clinic give you the assistance you need right on your desktop.  You can see everything that happens.  AT ANY TIME you can disconnect the remote assist from your end with a simple click of the mouse.
5.  Customers can simultaneously talk to the Computer Clinic while the session is connected, either with your telephone (if you have broadband) or with a cell phone (if your computer uses dialup).
